Joe Descamps has been in the insurance business for over thirty-five years. In that time, he has overseen the growth of our company to a multi-service insurance agency. Like most business owners, Joe lends his skills to many civic organizations. Joe currently sits on Warren's Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a long time member of Kiwanis, as well as member of The Belgian American Association.

Mike Descamps brings a life time of experience to Descamps insurance. Like all business owners, he wears many hats. His main function with Descamps is in the role of Commercial Specialist. Mike is also active in the community. He sits on the planning commission were he is the vice chair. Mike also participates in many civic organizations such as Kiwanis, Knights of Columbus, The Belgian American Association and the VFW.

Carla Descamps-Minton, brings over thirty three years of management experience to Descamps Insurance. Prior to coming on board she spent over thirty years running the families travel agency. Her focus now has been on customer service. She helps to guide customers through their questions and refers them to the proper individual services personnel. Carla has taken the lead at Descamps by implementing several Green Marketing programs designed to decrease post consumer waste.
